philly falls Posted March 30, 2011 Report Share Posted March 30, 2011 (edited) Hows everyone i'm new to Cadillac Forum for my grandfather He loves Cadillac,I am trying to find out if someone can direct me to a retailer that sells the Theft Deterent Relay for a 1999 Cadillac De'Ville not the dealership i guess the elderly don't trust the dealerships prices?
