My 96 deville has a moon roof but it doesn't work. doesn't appear to have power to the switch. Is there a relay or fuse? Its in the closed position. I bought it from an 80 year old man,dont think he used it at all. The car has 47000 miles and almost no wear. Just addressing the issues i have been encountering one at a time. I thought he may have pulled a fuse to keep it closed at some point,looked over the box under the hood and the one in the trunk. No apparent blown or missing fuses.
