If you really want to make people safe drivers again then simply remove all the safety features from cars. No more seat belts, ABS brakes, traction control, air bags or stability control. I can understand if you need to have a picture I.D. but your already commiting a crime, why not get a fake Drivers License also. You can pick those up almost anywhere. Set up a new bank account under a false name. Maybe assume the identy of a decased person. This looks to easy! You get a new vehicle.. find another at the local junkyard and switch the Vin numbers. Whammo, you have a ride. I had trouble cashing a $40 money order just last week, was blank and nobody would take it. Looked at it like monopoly money. 4 diff. places turned me down.
