Sevillian Posted July 22, 2004 Report Share Posted July 22, 2004 Is it necessary to remove the water pump housing in order to remove the pump itself? i.e. Does the pump removal tool require access to the pulley or does it work entirely from the drivers side of the pump. Ranger Posted July 22, 2004 Report Share Posted July 22, 2004 You need to remove the cover on the housing. Loosen belt tension and the pulley comes out with the pump (impeller). It all comes out from the "drivers side". Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
