navion
My 94 SLS Northstar misses for a few minutes after start-up. The missing gradually gets less until it is gone. It has gotten worse lately and is taking longer to clear up. Sometimes it won't miss if the restart is done while the engine is warm, but that is not consistent. If anybody has any ideas on where to look first, I would appreciate it. The DIC is not displaying any engine related codes. Thanks Britt Britt

Thanks Britt Look at your ignition wires it sounds like dampness maybe be causing your problem, once the dampness is gone the problem stops. In the pitch dark, lift your hood with the engine running and see if you see any flashing going on, be careful not to touch any moving parts. If you want to get adventurous, fill a spray bottle with water and MIST the wires and see if you induce any sparking. Mike
