Bill4209 Posted May 22, 2009 Report Share Posted May 22, 2009 Seems to be a fairly simple job that I need to do asap because the drivers window only goes up and down when I slam the door.I already tried contact cleaner with no luck.Is anyone aware of any pitfalls that I may run into while doing this job.....Any help would be appreciated.......THANKS! princecasanova Posted August 24, 2010 Report Share Posted August 24, 2010 -you can slide the window switch and can be taken apart to be cleaned & lubed. dude when the spring pushes the lever back to the center and turns the signal off unless you hold it so try checking if it is still working. put the switch back at the front. ===princecasanova==== Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Seanmannino Posted August 24, 2010 Report Share Posted August 24, 2010 When mine did this it was the switch itself bought a replacement off eBay and popped the old one out plugged the new one in and bam worked like it was brand new!
