wreldo
I got the starting disable message today and car will not start period. After waiting three minutes on several attempts, I had it towed to the repair shop (non GM). I've tried the second key, WD 40, and disconnected and reconnected the battery without any results. From the discussion board, I think, I'm going to have him replace the ignition switch. This shop is excellent with Caddy's and he takes his time and repair.... only replace parts that he needs too. Prices are resonable also. I will keep you posted on the out come. WR
ArtDeco
My 92 Eldo did the same thing. It was the ignition switch.
Cupillac
Mine sometimes does that if I put the key into quick and start fast. "Cadillac, it's not a car, it's an obsession" -W.Kingdon
