I receive the code PC1660 - Cooling Fan Control Circuits

I Checked the fans 50 amp fuse and it's ok and checked power

to the fuse thats ok. There are 3 relays behind the radiator are these cooling fan relays? What other item's should I check.

Check the 10 amp A/C compressor fuse; this supplies power to the relay coils. A blown fuse here would suggest a short to ground somewhere, or a faulty relay (one of the 3 cooling fan relays or the A/C compressor clutch relay).

If all 3 relays (they are in the position you describe) are receiving power on the coil side, then the problem may be in the relay coil itself (open circuit), a wiring fault between the relays and the PCM, or a faulty PCM driver.

That is correct, when my AC clutch burned out, it took out my compressor clutch circuit and cooling fans. What happened in my case was that the clutch shorted out from being overheated from the hub bearing that failed, the clutch windings shorted and blew out that 10 AMP fuse. I had to disconnect the compressor clutch connection or the fuse blew instantly in order to get my cooling fans to work.. I have a 96 Deville.
