I would love to replace it with the newer grill emblem from the 2002+ STSs. Would it be hard to cut off the old emblem and slap a new one on? I am not totally sure, but I think the grill emblems have a slight curve to them. I'll have to check eBay to see if I can find one. Have a great day! scottfc Posted March 22, 2005 Report Share Posted March 22, 2005 You need to pull it off as it should have 2 pins on the back and is stuck on with adhesive. A new one at the dealer is 35.00. Be careful not to break the mount that holds it, but if you do a laddle, stainless, from the kitchen will fit beautifully when epoxyed in, I flatened the round part and drilled 2 holes for the pins or nipples and it really looks better than the original plastic crap.
