The entire center strip for a 96 was $125 I think, and the strip in front of the wheel (about 2' by 2') was $55. Its made of a tar paper like material. And yes mine was ripped by a parking block also. Mine looked like hell when it was down. You can do it yourself if its the same thing I am talking about, buy the plastic press connectors/bolts to make it easier, it uses the plastic retainers and its bolted in a couple of places. Early on sailors navigated by the stars at night and the North star became the symbol for finding ones way home. Once you know where the Northstar is you can point your ship in the right direction to get home.
