1st you'll need to remove the motor and trans from the car.

2nd you'll need to get some shop manuals to do the job. They will explain everything.

BTW not to be a smart #@@, how do you know for sure that you need a pump? It could also be the pressure control valve, which is electronic and you would need to do step one to get at it also.

Becasue I have very low fluid being pumped through, I have an hesitation into reverse and drive and I have a loud whining noise that increases with engine rev. I have had the motor out before so I am famaliar with what to do. I just need to know where the punp is located on the tranny and what it looks like.

You have 2 threads going here, I gave you a link to droger03 who recently changed his pump did you contact him and look over those links? I think he dropped the carriage to get to it. Mike

Early on sailors navigated by the stars at night and the North star became the symbol for finding ones way home.
