915caddy Posted March 16, 2012 Report Share Posted March 16, 2012 Hello all, I have an 08' STS with the 3.6 V6 that shifts a little rough between 1st and 2nd gear when I am accelerating slowly. It also has some hesitation on low speed right turns. Some internet research has led me to a TSB 09-06-04-019 that covers these complaints. The TSB solution is an ECM reprogram which I will have the dealer do (still under warranty). I also have seen a recommendation for CTS's with my problem to reset/relearn the throttle position sensor. First, does anyone have any other thoughts on the shift problem and second, does anyone know the tps relearn procedure for the STS. I only have a month or so left on the warranty so I want some ammunition to hit the dealer with when he tells me he can't reproduce the problem.
