JIMDTS Posted September 24, 2004 Report Share Posted September 24, 2004 I went out to lunch today,started my car had a traction control warning light and the air conditioning didn't work. Stopped for gas shut the car off on restart no problem eveything checks ok & no codes. Go figure It may be the start of a impending problem or just some electrical quirks the FM principle F'ing magic.Glad it went away as fast as it came but I'll keep an eye on the gauges.. jgr7 Posted September 25, 2004 Report Share Posted September 25, 2004 I think that sometimes, just like a computer at home you get a bad boot-up and a reboot-restart is all that is needed. Some of the IH trucks that we have at work will have this happen to the trans computer and you get what I like to call the skull and cross bones in the trans selector display.
