danbuc Posted September 14, 2004 Report Share Posted September 14, 2004 RSM Racing sells an 80mm ported throttle body but I don't know if its worth it unless you have other upgrades such as a high flow exhaust system or high flow air filter. Bob D Posted September 14, 2004 Report Share Posted September 14, 2004 Everything I've read here in the last few years has shown that a larger TB on these N* motors will gain you zero, zilch. And that comes from pros running dynos. If you want to get into the technical reasons for the no-gain, try looking in the archives under "throttle body".
