mharton Posted July 5, 2010 Report Share Posted July 5, 2010 Hi all, I'm the new owner of a 96 Deville that's pushing 100K. My DIC went dark the other day (in daylight) as I was doing some driving around town. The display didn't dim, it went fully out. It stayed that way for a minute or so and then returned to normal. I did not notice anything else not working while the display was gone. I also don't think there was any control input from me that triggered or solved the problem. I tried searching the archive and didn't see much that applied. No codes set. I've just got the pc0717 which is fully covered in the archive.
