btencate Posted June 15, 2010 Report Share Posted June 15, 2010 Took my CTS to the dealership for a coolant leak. They called and said it was a water pump that was leaking and want to replace it. I have 70,000 miles on the car. should the Pump be leaking already? Anyway they wanted $795 to replace it. I can get the Pump at AutoZone with a life time warrenty for $100. It is really that hard to replace? Where can I find some instructions on replaceing the water pump in this car. I have a pretty decent background in older cars but have never worked on the Caddy yet (have only hade it 7 months). Any info is greatly appreciated.
