My Dad is now officialy in the market for a DTS (as opposed to just humming and hawing for the last while). It will replace his 97 Aurora, which still runs smooth as silk and looks great... go figure, eh? (His company is on his case to update his car). He alreadt knows what he wants... 2000-2002 DTS Candy-Apple Red w/Tan interior No night vision (we both agree it ruins the front-end looks of the car) and if he can find one, one with a screen in the dash (a nav. system). There is one in Detroit that we are going to look at this evening. It is at "Goully Cadillac's" used lot (funny name, eh?) The the sweet deal that I get out of this purchase (other than sitting in those heated, massaging seats...ahhhhh) is that I can finally shod my 2004 CTS 17's from Cardio Doc with some rubber and get them on the STS. My dad will be replacing the stock 235/55R17's with some Vogues ("mustard and Mayo" tires), and we can then use those Deville tires on the STS. I was initally going to go with Michelin's Pilot Sport A/S in the 245/50R17 size...But hey, I'm not going to complain about free tires that will still do the job nicely! We will soon be a "Two Caddy familly"!
