caddy1991 Posted August 5, 2004 Report Share Posted August 5, 2004 I have a 1991 Eldo that has had a new compressor and accumulator replaced. The first time I picked up the car the AC was working. About a half hour after that..compresser off message. When I opened the hood I noticed power steering fluid all over the belt. I am thinking that when the fluid got on the belt, it caused the compressor to shut down. Now they can't seem to find where the power steering is leaking. The car message system reads 110.
