ChuckUC Posted July 26, 2009 Report Share Posted July 26, 2009 I am having a new pump for my 05 CTS w/3.6 delivered on Tuesday. Any advice for replacement? I have replaced 2 water pumps prior to this, one on a Ford Explorer and another on a 3.8L GM. It appears that the only parts that i need to remove is the air intake, am i missing something? I am also aware of the Dexcool controversy and the sealant pellets...am i missing something? Any words of advice/caution would be greatly appreciated.
