Kind of stupid...they can use it right across the border from big U.S. cities, but we can't use it 4 miles away. So I don't know about who you would contact to export to your Country. I don't know about it now, but the U.S. state of Arizona is defient in some of the laws that Congress passes, namely the daylight saving time issue, and I understand that they were allowing R12 up until a few years ago, and maybe now, but I don't think that would do you any good.
