JimD Posted April 25, 2009 Report Share Posted April 25, 2009 If you have HID lamps, there will be a ballast assembly mounted somewhere close to each low beam bulb. And, if you have HID lamps, they will be aftermarket items as HID was not an OEM option in '99 (if my memory is accurate). Jim Drive your car. Use your cell phone. CHOOSE ONE !
