cadillac1 Posted February 7, 2009 Report Share Posted February 7, 2009 I just bought a 2005 SRX that is certified to 100,000 mile. One of the noises I hear is coming from the front passenger’s side engine compartment area sounds like a squeaky pulley. It does not make any noise at idle, but at 30 plus mph I can hear it when I pass by other cars and or guard rails/buildings. It is not very loud, but echo’s off solid objects enough to annoy me for an otherwise very quiet car. I am just curious if anyone can help me based on what I have told you?
