JimD
Associated Press is reporting that Shell and Texaco stations in New Orleans, Miami, Tampa, Sarasota and Fort Lauderdale have stopped selling (as of Friday, May 28)gasoline that has a "high sulphur" content. It is reported the gasoline came from Motiva Enterprises refinery in Norco, LA. The higher than normal sulphur may corrode electrical contact material. If I had purchased Shell or Texaco gas in those cities, I would hang on to the receipt for a few months in case a problem develops down the line. Jim Drive your car. Use your cell phone. CHOOSE ONE !
