rfizer
Hello, My service engine light came on and I took it in to get info on what it was. They said it was the Torque Converter Lockup Solenoid had to be replaced and quoted me 1451.00. Question one is this realistic? And question two Does it harm your car to drive with a bad converter lockup solenoid, and question three is Is this something i could do If i'm a person who has occasional experience in moderate mechanic work like changing an occasional head gasket or swapped transmissions in older cars? Many thanks for any info you can provide. Rob firstname.lastname@example.org
