Dirtybird_31
Recently, my check engine light came on. I have a 1992 Cadillac Eldo. The codes that I pulled were the following: E048 (Current), E098 (History), and R033 (History). The first two codes are supposed to be "EGR system error", and "High RPM P/N to D/R shift under ISC." What do these codes actually mean? I just had my throttle position sensor replaced, along with my throttle body cleaned. I HAD a problem with the engine not shifting gears til about 3500-4000 rpm. That's when i got the throttle body taken care of. Now I would like some advice about this new problem. All advice will be apprieciated. Thanks....
