rgerber Posted May 13, 2004 Report Share Posted May 13, 2004 Greetings! We have a '97 Deville with the Onstar Cell phone from Hughes. It makes calls just fine, but it will only receive maybe one out of twelve incoming calls. Onstar says it's programed right.
