JIMDTS Posted May 12, 2004 Report Share Posted May 12, 2004 Hi I had the instrument cluster changed yesterday due to erratic error messages & readings So I figured I would check the tire pressure to see if it made a difference and it did the car always had a 2 lb. split between my tire gauge and what the system would actually read The tire sys would read higher well after the new IPC it's dead on to my gauge..So I imagine the car had a problem all along with the cluster.. Just thought I'd share this tid bit of info.. I imagine it was out of cal. for the tire pressure monitoring sys..or it was the start of the impending failure..
