pitbull25 Posted April 28, 2008 Report Share Posted April 28, 2008 The other day while i was instaling some new flowmasters on my 07 CTS i had noticed a wet spot or a damp spot on my fuel tank. It is on the same side that the fuel goes in and it is around the bracket that holds the tank up. It's fresh and it does not have a gas smell to it, more of like an oil smell if anything. It's not excessive either, no dripping. The guys at the shop said not to worry about it. They said it might have something to do with the vent or condesation. I dont think it is the condesation because it's too much. And i do believe the fuel pump is also on that same side.
