Is there a gap where you installed the headlight? .. and do you get the ones with the corner light? ...and what kind of bulbs does it use? H1s ? :)

i got the idea from Infamous's Eldorado on car domain. He never told me how he installed them though. So i decided to buy them and find some cusom shop to put them in. I bought the lights from www.racerwheel.com cuz they were the cheapest. i think i paid 300 for them, but i took a month to get them, cuz for somereason they were on backorder. the one i bought were the BMW E36(3series) fits the 92-99model of the 3 series. these are the Eurospec verison also know as angel eyes, they are a little bit bigger than the stock headlamps for the beemers. ive heard its alot easier to put in the stock ones, and most people can put the stock ones in themselves and the stock ones are alot cheaper. i went to underground customs in dallas to get them put in, they charged 150 per light. i love it when im drivng and people only see the front, they cant tell what it is. Im not using the BMW corner lights cuz i dont think it would fit, so i had my stock corner lights shaved. as for the gap, no gap on installation for the Eldos but ive heard there is a gap when u install it on sevilles. Im using the same Xenon bulbs that i had put in the caddy earlier. I will upgrade to HIDs once i get a little more money.

How long did it take for them to install 'em?

U think its something Johnny Mechanic could do?

oh, and I found some on eBay for 135. Heres the link. Is that the same thing you got?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...2476698559&rd=1

It took a day and 1/2.

I recomend get someone who really knows what they are doing. Although your problably not going to find any shops that have done this mod before.

Those off of ebay look a little different but they would probably work. I would have bought them off ebay but, the last couple times i used ebay i got screwed. Personally i think the ones i bought look better than those. If you reaseach the ones i bought, most place want 500 for the lights. heres a pic of the box.

I've been talking to well, Sesshoumaru is his AIM name, but he installed them excellently on a '92 Seville. He used to install headlights, and explained in pretty great detail what needs to be done.

Yea, I don't know his specific name, there are some numbers, but it sounds like a really complicated job to do on one's own.

Fender needs to be rewelded, custom brackets need to be made, and some detailling needs to be done with the corner transition so it doesn't look goofy. If you do it right, there is no gap on a Seville.
