( 93 CADILLAC STS POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE (PCM) I removed it from a 93 STS with the Z rated tire option, which means your 93 to 95 Northstar powered Caddy will be allowed to exceed 130 MPH, if you install this module. $100 and you can easily install this your self. If you can stand on your head long enough to locate the single screw that locks the PCM to the firewall, that is. This PCM has been tested in my 94 Eldorado.
