Cost cuts from 2000 to 2004 Sevilles

Did you know that in 2003 and 2004, GM eliminated the trouble light from the engine compartment and also removed the electronic Brake pad warning system. They also removed the pocket allowing you to tuck the rear seat belt buckles into the back of the rear seat. You would wonder if these cost saving cuts are really worth it.

F55 Suspension

The F55 Suspension comes with a separate computer about the size of the Bose stereo amplifier. Both are behind the rear seat on Sevilles. When I had changed the F55 suspension from the 02 Seville to the 2000 Seville, the rear end sat too high. Initially I thought the level ride wasn't working. I talked to the GM Cadillac dealer who told me the Suspension module can be programmed to adjust the level height and the actual firmness of the ride meaning the firmness when driving along a straig

XM Radio and Serius

Can anyone provide me with any information wrt the merger of XM and Serius satelite. Will the number of stations increase or the coverage.

About a year ago or so I purchase a 2002 STS which had been in an accident and rolled over. Every panel on the car was smashed but interior was perfect. The car had navigation and F55 struts and 17 inch OEM wheels with Michelin tires. I completely stripped both the 2000 and the 2002 Seville and put the 2002 wiring harness, OEM navigation, engine, wheels and interior into the 2000. The 2000 STS was from Georgia so no rust or damage. Everything worked great. About 6 months ago, I purcha
