Jason, and all Harbor Freight has a nice 100 PSI gauge with GM and Ford,and some other, maybe Toyota, adapters, all for $7.95. Make sure you get the kit for fuel injection as they also have the low pressure kit for carbureted cars. This kit is similar to what Autozone and Checker sell for $35, and the quality seems very acceptable. It also has 1/8 and 1/4 pipe adapters so you can use it as a mechanical oil pressur gauge, too.
