coolnesss
98 ETC's, 70k miles, temp indicator has been running one indicator's width north of the middle indicator line on the gauge for awhile - and in stress conditions will move up another indicator's width or two, whereas before it wouldn't move for any reason or stress whatsoever. Mechanic says he noticed the fans come on at the right time, but they operate slowly. Any hints?
Ed Fenwick
Aloha, I am not sure obout temperatures and speeds, but the fans are supposed to go faster as the temperature gets hotter. Unless the temp is over maybe 220f. I wouldn'd be concerned at all. Ed

WarrenJ
CAUTION: This is from a 1995 manual. But it jives with what BodybyFisher said. Additionally, you can find a 1995 wiring drawing at: http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y299/WBuc...CoolingFans.jpg (470KB) Regards, Warren There is no means of avoiding the final collapse of a boom brought about by credit expansion. The alternative is only whether the crisis should come sooner as the result of a voluntary abandonment of further credit expansion, or later as a final and total catastrophe of the currency system involved. - Ludwig von Mises
