mike33
Hi Folks, I have a question about tire pressure sensors in a 2002 Deville DHS. Are they in the valve stem? Any precautions to keep in mind when bringing the car in for tires/tire repair? Do most technicians know not to damage these? What are your experiences? Thanks in Advance, Mike
Hud
The sending unit is mounted inside the tire attached to the valve stem. Be sure you tell anyone removing the tires, that there is a pressure sending unit inside the tire. If you rotate the tires, you need to use the procedure that tells the DIC the new location of the tires. Mine has worked great for 44K.
