carl425
Has anyone else had problems on their STS with the hose that runs from the windshield washer reservoir to the connector right next to the firewall? Mine just broke in half right before the connector/union going to the firewall and when I repaired it, it broke on the other side of the connector. Arggghhh! Anyway, I got a P/N for the lines but one of them is called a "panel" in the description from gmparts direct. This seems odd but may be correct anyway. Has anyone else replaced this line all the way from the pump to the wipers and if so, what P/N's did you use? I appreciate any help. Lrac
OynxSTS
I haven't had this problem... But I have noted that if the reservoir is full... Fluid will "squirt" out of the nozzles on the wiper arms during high speed cornering... Try it... its kinda fun... Especially with a 4 and 6 year old in the back seat yelling "Woooo.. Daddy's driving like a mainiac again" Easin' down the highway in a new Cadillac, I had a fine fox in front, I had three more in the back ZZTOP, I'm Bad I'm Nationwide Greg
bigjayzway
I had the exact same problem!!!!! My mechanic put small hose clamps on either side, and I have had no problems since. He didn't use the ones you screw on, he used the ones you pinch on. It only cost $0.38 to fix. Big Jay Life is too short to grow up!
