If you really want to make people safe drivers again then simply remove all the safety features from cars. No more seat belts, ABS brakes, traction control, air bags or stability control. No more anything. You'll see how quickly people will slow down and once again learn to drive like "normal" humans.

It could be the contacts inside the steering wheel, the clock spring, etc. Too dangerous for me to attempt myself, given the airbag.

Might just be the horn or connection at the horn. If you have a multitester ( Multitester ) you can check to see if there's power at the horn. If it is the horn then you have all kinds of fun options. Myself, I think I would take the opportunity to install a novalty horn wink.giflaugh.gif .....aaaaaWOOOGAAA!!!

Oh, you bet. Then back it up with a 'Wolf Whistle' Too cool! tongue.gif

Marika, if you test it, and have power at the contacts it might be as simple as an open coil in the horn itself. While you're at it with a multimeter, test the horn contacts for continuity. If you read open, that's it. Go get a used one at the yunk yard.

Or go with total class, as suggested ... wink.gif

'93 STS.. opened, dropped, wide...fast.
