WarrenJ
While looking for something else entirely, I stumbled over this chart. Did you ever wonder or need to know what the various icons on the CCC mean when you're in Diagnostics Mode? Well, here you are! Drive along in Diagnostic Mode and, at a glance, you can tell if the PCM is commanding the A/C clutch ON. Is the throttle position switch open or closed? It'll tell you. Ditto shift A and shift B solenoids. Is your transaxle park/neutral switch in P/N? It's there. TCC output is there too. It's 204KB. Save it if you think you might have a use for it. http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y299/WBucket/PCMstatus.jpg Regards, Warren P.S. From a 1995 FSM. P.P.S. A few have lately voiced questions about their throttle position switch. Here's a good test for those folk. Oh, and if I wasn't clear, don't test your park/neutral switch while you're "Driving along in Diagnostic Mode." canadian95sts
i always wondered what those lights meant in diag. mode. Thanks for the info, i wonder if they would be the same for the 96 with the different display. WarrenJ
Dunno. Maybe someone with more knowledge can answer? Warren P.S. Like I said, save it if you need it. It won't be there long. Regards, Warren There is no means of avoiding the final collapse of a boom brought about by credit expansion.
