droger03
My 96 Deville has developed a problem with the driver side parking lights. They do not work at all. I remove all of the bubls and could not find a problem. All of the fuses are good. Thhe strange thing is that I can probe the wire and it is reading ground. To eliminate any of thge sockets on this side of the car being a problem I cut the parking light lead to each socket and it is still reading ground. I heard that the twilight sentinel module/amplifier can be a problem but I cannot find it on this car. Please help. Could the BCM be the problem. the headlight switch seems to be workinbg fine. I think there is ashort somewhere because there are 2 wires under the hood for the parking lights, drive and passenger. The passenger reads nothing with the switch off but like I said the driver reads ground all the time no matter what.
Northstar
Did you check the fuses in the trunk?

droger03
Does anyone happen to have a schematic for the parking lights on this vehicle?
