Northstar
How to replace a power steering pump on a 1996 STS? Do I have a PS filter?
Scotty
You do, its located under the RF fender in front of the wheel here is a photo of it. Check your serp belt tensioner also. Do a search on flushing the power steering system also. Mike

etcxtc
This post got me to thinking, since I have been under the front end of my ETC lately fixing some acid damage. I didn't see a filter in that spot. Why wouldn't an ETC have a power steering filter? The 1997 SM shows one, but I sure don't have one.

etcxtc
Just finished from crawling out from under my '98 Deville. No power steering filter on it either. I wonder why they are on some but not others?
Northstar
I Got a leaking power steering return hose. It goes from the gear to the cooler. Anyone replaced this hose before?
