Dadillac
While I was at the gas station this afternoon, I used the squeegie to clean my front and back glass. While doing this, I had a brainstorm. Cleaning the inside of the windshield, and rear window, is a difficult task, and getting good results, is not easy. So once I got home, I used a large pot, put some warm water in it, and some dishwasher liquid (not dish soap, the stuff used in dishwashers). I placed a large bath towel on the dash, and rear shelf, making sure to get the towel all the way to the glass. I used my own squeegie, to wash the window, and squeegied the water off of the glass. I used a clean towel to complete the drying. The result is a perfectly clean window. It is a whole lot easier than using glass cleaner, and takes much less time. I challenge all here to use the same technique, and post back with the results. I gaurantee you will love it. Don "Modern warriors saddle iron horses of chrome." WarrenJ
Okay, I'm in your experiment group. I'll give it a shot Regards, Warren There is no means of avoiding the final collapse of a boom brought about by credit expansion. bigjayzway
It isn't too bad, but too much of a mess for me. I like the old fashion newspaper, and non amonia glass cleaner myself. It does do a nice job with the squeege! Big Jay Life is too short to grow up!

Dadillac
I am 39 years old, and have used every means possible to clean glass. The biggest issue I have always had, was cleaning the windshield, and rear glass. I am fairly short, at only 5'7" tall. So getting the glass clean, results in alot of stretching, and uncomfortable positions. I decided to use the dishwashing liquid, as our glassware comes out crystal clear from the dishwasher. Using the squeegie makes the job so easy, and takes almost no time at all. Usually I will have to clean each glass twice, as whatever I use, leaves streaking. The streaks aren't always apparent, until the sun hits the glass at a certain angle, and the streaks appear. I checked this out this morning, as the sun was low, and right into my face. A perfect time for revealing streaks. To my delight, absolutely no streaks. I can say with complete honesty, this is the first time, I have had the glass perfectly clean. This is the way that I am going to be cleaning glass from now on. If you guys will give it a try, I am sure, that you will convert also. Also, if you just dampen the sponge, it will not leave a mess in your interior. Don "Modern warriors saddle iron horses of chrome."

Marika
Anyone ??? Get the little buggers to blow their boogers? If you really want to make people safe drivers again then simply remove all the safety features from cars. No more seat belts, ABS brakes, traction control, air bags or stability control. No more anything. You'll see how quickly people will slow down and once again learn to drive like "normal" humans.
Marika
When you do the rear window, watch out for the heating wires that some of the windows have. The squeegie might scratch or damage them. It sounds like a good idea, but easy does it!! If you really want to make people safe drivers again then simply remove all the safety features from cars. Eric
I use Brush & Squeegee window cleaner liquid that I get at local janitorial supply store. Apply with sponge and remove with squeegee and/or cloth. Works great.
