JimD
Left - right is traditionally determined from the driver's seat. In a vehicle with the engine mounted in the standard old configuration, the rear of the engine would be the flywheel or flexplate. Applying that carry-over terminology to a transverse mounted Cadillac, looking under the hood from over the LF fender you will be at the flexplate end of the engine. And the right bank is the firewall side. Easy, huh???? Jim Drive your car. Use your cell phone. CHOOSE ONE !
