JasonA
Madelyn Leanne Adcock. Born 31 July 2005 at 0215 hours. 7 lbs, 15 oz; 20.25" long. The baby came exactly 2 weeks early against the due date...and popular theory is she'd have been a 9 lb. baby if she wait until the 14th. Momma and baby are both happy and healthy. Daddy is tired, tired, tired. We first went to the hospital at about 0200 hours on SATURDAY morning, and they send us home after a few hours to walk and wait, etc. Sure signs of labor came at dinner time Saturday evening and so her total labor time was about 7 hours. We are very blessed, the delivery went smooth and everyone is healthy. Jason(2001 STS, White Diamond) "When you turn your car on...does it return the favor?" Marika
Congratulations!!! Buy her a cadillac pedal car and a cadillac bicycle and she'll be on her way!! If you really want to make people safe drivers again then simply remove all the safety features from cars. No more seat belts, ABS brakes, traction control, air bags or stability control. No more anything. You'll see how quickly people will slow down and once again learn to drive like "normal" humans.
WarrenJ
Momma and baby are both happy and healthy. Daddy is tired, tired, tired. Yeah, It sure is rough on Dad isn't it? <_>Seriously, CONGRATULATIONS! That sure is a lovely sounding name for the very young lady! Life will never be the same again . . . . ain't that Grand? Best Regards, Warren There is no means of avoiding the final collapse of a boom brought about by credit expansion. The alternative is only whether the crisis should come sooner as the result of a voluntary abandonment of further credit expansion, or later as a final and total catastrophe of the currency system involved. - Ludwig von Mises

PAUL T
Congratulations Jason, I remember being up for 36 hours for my first one. My first little girl grabbed my finger as soon as they put her in the plastic cradle and I had never experienced a greater feeling of love. The doctors told us our second girl was possibly going to have a fatal problem but she was just as perfect as the first. I wish you and your family all the best. God Bless. PAUL T. JasonA
Thanks everyone for the well wishes. Everyone is doing great. I spend the nights at the hospital with my wife/baby, and I'm in at work today for a few hours, and maybe a nap at home, before I go back. Both grandmas spend the day with them at the hospital, and then go sleep at our house at night. We're on shifts. It'll be nice when we get home, and back to a somewhat normal schedule...or at least get to sit on our own furniture!
