apateam57
The power seats, security system, fuel door release and trunk release all stopped working at the same time. Does not appear to be a fuse problem. Any suggestions?
canadian95sts
Have you checked the Maxi fuses and relays under the hood, and in the trunk? Check your owners manual for locations and descriptions. Logan
Hmm....see little relation between the circuits. It does appear the seats and the trunk release use the same breaker. LH maxi fuse block breaker 3. Are both seats inop? Logan
Ok...looking a bit more at the diagrams.... The keyless entry module uses LH maxi circuit breaker 3. This controls the front driver door lock. Is this what mean related to 'security?' Both seats use the same breaker mentioned above. Fuel door uses the same breaker mentioned above. Trunk release uses the same breaker mentioned above. Look at LH maxi fuse block circuit breaker 3. WarrenJ
This sound all too familiar eh Matt?Big Jay What bigjayzway is refering to is this: "looks like someone before me had the rear seat out, and was playing with the wires back there, and when they put them back in, the one wire got pinched by the rear seat back, guess over time it flexed too much and caused it to brake, thats the only thing i could see that would cause it." Which is at page #2 of: http://caddyinfo.ipbhost.com/index.php?sho...=6752&st=15&hl= This was another case of multiple unexplained problems. LOGAN, Seems you spent a lot of time lookin' this over. Regards, Warren There is no means of avoiding the final collapse of a boom brought about by credit expansion. The alternative is only whether the crisis should come sooner as the result of a voluntary abandonment of further credit expansion, or later as a final and total catastrophe of the currency system involved. - Ludwig von Mises

Yes this can be a hassle if it is not the Maxi fuse. I will tell you it can and wil take a lot of patients to determine where the problem is, if it is not in the fuses, or the maxi fuses.
