Ranger Posted July 24, 2005 Report Share Posted July 24, 2005 I know you guys in PHX, LAS and Socal wil poo poo this but I noticed today on my way to work that the outside temp had exceeded 50% of my engine temp. I've been in 105*F heat in Albuquerque before and it was actually very comfortable. It's supposed to be 104*F here on Tuesday PLUS all the humidity. It will be brutal. At this temperature, even setting the HVAC on 60 alone will not cool the car satisfactorily. I run it in RECIRC mode often lately.
