The size of the file you are allowed to upload is limited by your member type; registered members can upload a 60K picture file as I recall. The maximum size file you can post is shown in the file attachment section of your post. When you post the message, the attached file, if an image file, is visible. For an image on the internet already, use the IMG button to form a reference to the image.
