They are clean with no pages missing. The outer covers and some pages have some creases and/or wrinkles but mostly it's normal wear & tear. I have three (3) ACDelco oil filters (PF61). Brand new of course. I have three (3) GM cooling system seal tabs. It came in a six pack. I used three as per the instructions for draining & refilling the system.
