The civilian Crown Victoria handles 'poorly' IMO when compared with the Police Interceptor. Of course, the HPP (Handling Performance Package) Crown Victoria may handle better than a rental-car 'Vic, but going from the civilian 'Vic right into my PI, the civilian 'Vic was sloppy, mushy, and I felt like it had a big fat as* that was all over the place during 'maneuvers'.
