Bruce Nunnally Posted June 6, 2022 Report Share Posted June 6, 2022 I am guessing that is the air pump belt. In the absence of a tensioner, the pump itself is loosened to reduce tension on the belt to allow replacment. [link]: Main bolt holding it on is loosened, then the bolt on the pivot bracket under the pump is loosened. Gently pry on the pump body just behind the pulley.
