ted tcb
My DIC always displays codes starting with EXP ... when EXP47 came up, someone on the board told me it meant tranny fluid, so I drained and refilled it. Someone else says EXP is programmed for people who speak a foreign language. The previous owner of my car was an old Italian couple .... can I get rid of these EXP prefixes ... or, is this a typical display which everyone has? Thanks if anyone can shed light on this ... I don't see it mentioned in my 97 owner's manual. 1989 FWD Fleetwood, Silver 1995 STS Crimson Pearl on Black leather 1997 STS Diamond White 1999 STS Crimson Pearl 2001 STS Silver 2003 STS, Crimson Pearl
Ranger
I think EXP stands for EXPORT. Not sure if it can be converted but I would not think so.
