RJSUS
Before I go back to square 1 ....If my ignition control module is not making a proper ground, will it throw a code? What happens if it is not making a good ground ?? My son put that last "hard to get to bolt " in that has the ground wire.. I'm asking before I take it apart again.. Thanx Russ
Scotty
I dont know about the ground but I wouldn't doubt that a good ground is important. However, if I am not mistaken the ignition module needs to make good contact to help to dissapate heat. If it overheats because it can't dissapate that could cause problems. I don't think a bad ground would cause a code. Just a thought Early on sailors navigated by the stars at night and the North star became the symbol for finding ones way home. Once you know where the Northstar is you can point your ship in the right direction to get home. So the star became a symbol for finding ones way home or more symbolically even finding ones path in life.
